You can pause anytime. Your remaining days are saved and can be used later — so if you pause with 5 days left, you’ll still have 5 days to use in the future.

Do you collaborate using Slack, Trello, or other tools?

Yes — Trello is used for task management, and Slack or Whatsapp are optional for real-time check-ins or feedback if you want a closer collaboration.

How can I track the progress of my ongoing design requests?

Every request has its own card with status updates inside Trello. You’ll always know what’s being worked on, what’s in review, and what’s next.

Is it possible to queue up multiple design tasks at once?

Absolutely. Add as many requests as you like. We work through them one at a time, based on your priorities.

How many revisions are included per request

Revisions are unlimited — as long as they stay within the original scope. Small tweaks are totally fine, but batching feedback is encouraged so we avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.

Which design and development tools do you work with?

We primarily use Figma for design and Webflow for development. For branding and visuals, we also use Adobe tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.

What’s the average turnaround time for design tasks?

Most requests are completed in 24–48 hours. Larger tasks (like full pages or brand design) may take a bit longer — you’ll always be updated.

How does billing work, and can I cancel anytime without penalties?

Billing is monthly and automated. You can pause or cancel anytime after month one. A simple agreement keeps us aligned — no long-term lock-ins.

How many client spots are available at any given time?

Only a few at a time. This ensures high quality and fast turnaround for every client. Once full, new clients join a waitlist.

What if I need a custom plan or more flexibility in the workflow?
